About Me
OUR MISSION.
Helping you find your inner leader.
Founded in 2018 and based in the Greater Toronto Area, Navigate aims to empower students take control of their lives and locate their inner leader. We believe that each and every young individual has a light inside of them. We are not creating a leader within a student, instead we aim to pull out the leader buried deep within them while diminishing the stereotypes that they likely hold to be true.
Through Navigate’s 5-week curriculum students not only cultivate necessary skills, but also build mentoring relations with university student volunteers. This program aims to take students out of the bubble that is the elementary school experience and allow them to think beyond the four walls of their school.
